Retail Asset Management commenced operation in May 1996 and simply works on a policy to maintain and deliver an independent boutique styled ‘hands on’ commercial/retail leasing and management service for our clients.

We were the first commercial managing agent in Adelaide to utilise an Australian based Management System for our business and thus have a sophisticated accounting and management tool that allows us to track the necessary transactions in managing your property assets.

We can provide you with suitable leasing strategies and management services to focus on the potential return and financial performance of your building.

  • David was Retail Manager of The Myer Centre from August 1992 to March 1996 under the helm of Burnett Property Management. During this time the tenancy mix was dramatically restructured, the food court totally altered and refurbished, and the centre taken through due diligence for sale in November 1995.
  • Further experience previously gained with on-site centre management with many centres around Adelaide, but with initial involvement at The Gallerie Shopping Centre in Gawler Place. This was the site for the first true food court in Adelaide when it was launched in July 1979.
  • Past President of Adelaide West End Association during 2001/02, and has been committee members of East End Coordinating Group & Rundle Mall Committee.
  • Chair of NACYS (Northern Area Community Youth Services Inc.) 2003/04.
